Terms of Service

1. Accounts and eligibility

You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account. If you use the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.

2. Use of the Service

• Permitted use: You may use the Service for lawful purposes in accordance with these Terms.
• Restrictions: You may not attempt to gain unauthorized access, interfere with operation, or use the Service to violate laws or third-party rights.
• AI outputs: Outputs may be inaccurate or incomplete. You are responsible for reviewing outputs before relying on them.

3. Customer Content

You retain rights to content you submit to the Service ("Customer Content"). You grant HoneyBee a limited license to host, process, transmit, and display Customer Content solely to provide and secure the Service and comply with legal obligations. In a multi-tenant environment, your tenant administrators may have visibility into account information and certain activity as configured.

4. Fees and billing (if applicable)

If you purchase a paid plan, you agree to pay fees and applicable taxes. Fees are non-refundable except as required by law or expressly stated in writing. We may update pricing or plans with notice as required by applicable law.

5. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe you violated these Terms, if required by law, or to protect the security of the Service. Certain provisions will survive termination.

6. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory. We do not warrant uninterrupted, secure, or error-free operation.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, HoneyBee will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenues, data, or goodwill arising from or related to use of the Service. To the fullest extent permitted by law, HoneyBee’s total liability for any claim will not exceed the amounts paid by you for the Service in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

8. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will provide notice as required by law. Continued use after an update becomes effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
